About the Role
Lead the technical direction of our core platform as a principal-level IC.
You will architect cross-team systems, mentor senior engineers, drive technical strategy, and ensure our platform scales to enterprise requirements.
This is a high-impact IC role — no people management required.
Requirements
- 10+ years software engineering, 3+ at staff/principal level
- Deep expertise in distributed systems
- Track record of shipping complex systems at scale
- Excellent communication and technical writing
- Strong opinion, loosely held
Nice to Have
- Experience in cybersecurity or fintech
- Open-source leadership
- Previous startup experience
